Shipping and Handling
We normally ship via the post office, priority mail, but always look for the least expensive way to get your order to you in the quickest time. Most items ship within 3-5 business days, however during the holiday season some items can take up to 7-10 days to ship do to demand and the hand-made nature of many of our items. Custom event orders generally take up to 2-3 weeks to ship. Be sure to pre-order custom items and fresh wreaths with plenty of time before the Holidays!  Most furniture pieces are very heavy and shipping can range from free if you live close to our distribution site or into the hundreds for some areas.  

We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase within 24 hours of receipt, and notify us of any damage within 24 hours; we will arrange for a prompt replacement at no charge.  If within 15 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value and original shipping charges. Please note, although we refund the merchandise and original shipping charges, the cost to ship the item back to us will be the customers responsibility. We always work with our customers to arrive at the best solution to make you happy,  It's why we do what we do:)

An original e-receipt,  text receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns that were a gift and have no e-receipt will be credited to you as a merchandise credit. Returns with an original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and check refunds over $100 will be issued as a company check (may take up to 14 business days from time of request).
